- How do I play Chain Reaction?
- Place orbs on a grid — trigger chain explosions to conquer all cells The game is completely free and runs directly in your browser — no plugins or downloads needed.
- How do chain reactions work?
- Each cell has a capacity based on its position (corners: 2, edges: 3, center: 4). When a cell exceeds capacity, it explodes and sends orbs to all neighbors, converting them to your color. This can trigger further explosions!
- What's a good strategy?
- Build up cells near corners and edges first — they have lower capacity so they explode easier. Avoid placing orbs next to your opponent's nearly-full cells, as they'll capture yours when they explode.
- How many levels or difficulty tiers does Chain Reaction offer?
- Typically three tiers (easy, medium, hard), plus procedurally generated puzzles in some cases. Even replaying the same difficulty can produce a completely different layout.
- What can I do in Chain Reaction if I get completely stuck?
- An undo or reset button is built in. Chain Reaction encourages experimenting, so taking a step back is always an option without penalty.
- Is my game progress saved?
- Some games support local saves stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data may cause saved progress to be lost.
